This is why, at Taberner, we have evolved over time, adapting to the demands and requirements of our customers. Currently we are certified in the IFS food safety standards and Halal guarantee in terms of the development and production of preparations and spices.
In our R+D+i and Quality departments, we have a multidisciplinary team, qualified and with years of experience, working for continuous improvements, for healthier products, avoiding the use of additives and allergens wherever possible, and always committed to the food safety of our products. All of this is achieved thanks to a great human team which carry out the production processes, new technological processes and the establishment of food safety standards during the entire production process, as well as the careful selection and approval of the different raw materials and suppliers.
We have an internal control laboratory and a pilot plant, where we carry out the designs of the new products, outsourcing the analytical microbiological and physio-chemical controls to accredited laboratories.
