Suitable for emulsified sauces to avoid darkening, rancidity and slow oxidation actions. It acts as a synergist with the antioxidants usually used in food.

Estaber FR
Stabilizer and emulsifier for cold sauces and creams. Stable in freezing and defrosting processes.
Dose/Kg: 2-5g.
