Manufacturas Taberner S.A, through the European Regional Development Fund, from the European Union, as well as through the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI), as a public business entity in charge of the management and development of the technological innovation policy of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (MINECO), has obtained financial support to carry out the project entitled “DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED AROMATIC SOLUTIONS DESIGNED FOR THE CREATION OF V-RANGE PRODUCTS ADAPTED TO SPECIAL PACKAGING”, with file number IDI-2018-0122
The main objective of the project is to develop a range of complete menus (starter, main course and gluten-free bread) with optimal flavour, texture and preservation, for culinary preparation by means of microwave treatment with “Culidish©” packaging technology, formulating the dishes that make up these menus based on powdered flavouring mixes (under the Clean Label premise); allergen free and reconstitutable in water. To carry out this project, Manufacturas Taberner S.A. has received financial support amounting to € 204,024.65.
